What is Voco TV IPTV?
Voco TV is a premium IPTV service streaming 25,000+ live channels and 100,000+ movies and series worldwide in 4K, FHD and HD, with EPG, anti-buffering technology and 24/7 support included in every plan.
Which devices are supported?
Voco TV works on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick, Apple TV, Android and iOS phones and tablets, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, Windows and Mac computers, and any player that supports M3U or Xtreme Codes.
How do I set up Voco TV on my Fire Stick?
Install the Downloader app from the Fire Stick store, allow apps from unknown sources in Developer Options, download the IPTV player we recommend in your welcome email, and paste in the M3U URL or Xtreme Codes credentials we send after your order.
How do I set up Voco TV on a Smart TV?
On Samsung and LG Smart TVs use the Smart IPTV, IBO Player, or Set IPTV app from your TV's app store, then enter the M3U URL we send you. On Android TV you can also install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters directly from the Play Store.
Why am I experiencing buffering, and how do I fix it?
Buffering usually comes from local network conditions, not the stream. Restart your router, use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network or Ethernet, close background apps, disable other VPNs, and confirm your internet speed is at least 25 Mbps for HD or 50 Mbps for 4K. Our Anti-Buffering 9.8 CDN handles the rest.
How fast will I receive my subscription after ordering?
Most orders are delivered by email within 10 minutes, and virtually all orders are delivered within 3 hours of payment confirmation. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Request one from the Free Trial page with your name, email and device — our team will send trial credentials to your inbox, usually within a few hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT and others). Payment options are shown during checkout on the Order Form page.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a refund window for orders where the service cannot be delivered or a technical issue on our end prevents you from streaming. Refunds are not issued for change of mind after credentials have been delivered and used. See the Refund Policy page for the full terms.
How many devices can I use with one subscription?
It depends on the plan you buy. We offer 1-device, 2-device and 3-device subscriptions — each concurrent stream counts as one device. If you need more, order a plan with more devices from the Pricing page.
Do I need a VPN to use Voco TV?
A VPN is not required — Voco TV works out of the box on any internet connection. For extra privacy we include a built-in VPN with every plan.
Do you provide an EPG (TV guide)?
Yes. A full EPG with program schedules is included for all supported channels and works with TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, Smart IPTV and any other Xtreme Codes-compatible player.
Can I renew my subscription before it expires?
Yes — renew from the Order Form page any time. When you renew before expiry we extend your existing credentials so you don't lose any days.
Will Voco TV work while I'm traveling?
Yes. Your subscription works anywhere you have internet. The built-in VPN also helps if a specific network blocks streaming traffic.
